The Gulf of Diano is a real playground for outdoor sports lovers, especially MTB (freeride and cross country) and trekking, with more than 100 km of trails and spectacular freeride/enduro routes, such as the famous “Salto nel Blu.”
Close to our hotel, in just 20–40 minutes, you can also reach the trails of Finale Ligure, Sanremo, Colle di Nava, and Molini di Triora.
Road Cycling
The Gulf of Diano is also the starting point for road cycling itineraries suitable for every level, with altitudes reaching up to 1,400 meters just a few kilometers from the sea.

At Hotel Morchio we provide a workshop for small repairs. In the same bike storage you will also find our city bikes, available for rent, perfect to explore the seven towns of the Gulf (San Bartolomeo al Mare, Diano Marina, Diano Castello, Diano San Pietro, Diano Arentino, Cervo, Villa Faraldi), the nearby city of Imperia, and the Riviera dei Fiori.
